Newborn Sleep Consultation (age 3 months -1 year)

I offer newborn and infant sleep solutions in a neutral, non-basis, holistic approach. I meet with the parents to discuss the many options of sleep solutions and together we come up with a plan that best fits the child's and family's needs. • 2 hour in home or phone consultation (includes: assessment, customized sleep plan and 6 follow up emails & phone calls)

• On-call advice - 60 mins of expert sleep advice (general sleep education and information are offered during these calls). Can be used all at once or incremental.

• On-site bedtime sleep support - Perfect for parents who want on-site guidance through the bedtime sleep routine. 2 hours of support.

Traveling Doula

One of my passions is travel. I have extensive experience traveling with families and their newborns. I can guide you from the beginning (where to go), during your trip (the itinerary, flights, where to stay, planning your days, etc..) and your final return (how to adjust back, time changes, etc..). Postpartum Doula Support

Pre-baby:

• Initial nursery set up

• Newborn product recommendations (what do you really need?)

• Advice on how to introduce your pet to your newborn

• Local resource education

When baby arrives:

• Help with newborn care

• Non-judgemental breastfeeding & bottle feeding support

• Physical & emotional support for the entire family

• Swaddling, bathing and soothing baby education

• Tools & techniques to foster family bonding

• Recognize initial signs & symptoms of postpartum depression and baby blues

• Developmentally appropriate sleep advice for newborn

• Light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparation (when baby is sleeping)

• Assist with running errands and going to appointments

• Unlimited phone and email support

Breastfeeding can be challenging in the early stages, but with the right type of support you and your little one can get off to a great start! I can help you create a strategy that will give you both a strong foundation for a thriving breastfeeding relationship. I can offer these services remotely or in person based on the needs of your family.

Baby Planning

A baby planner is like a wedding planner, but for planning the arrival of your baby. I meet with expecting and new parents and offer education, resources and support. I recommend products, resources, services, support and additional education to make your transition into parenthood a smooth one. Some areas that are discussed are (but not limited to):
