Emily Schaffer received her B.A. in Holistic Health at Prescott College in Arizona and currently works as a Certified Postpartum Doula, Lactation Educator, Baby Planner, infant sleep specialist and newborn care educator. She has 15+ years of caring for infants. She is committed to help with the transition into parenthood with physical and emotional support for the entire family. She emphasizes education so that new parents are better equipped to make informed decisions and have the skills to be successful. She speaks at national conferences and webinars on topics such as newborn care, how to hire a doula, baby planning and much more.  You can find Emily in her hometown of Mill Valley, CA hiking trails and enjoying the sunshine with her husband (that she has known since childhood) and their 7 year old daughter. When not in Mill Valley, she is passionately traveling the world and learning from other cultures.
